These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SmartCare FM Services website and the facility management, cleaning, and office assistant services we provide across Dubai and the UAE. SmartCare FM Services provides residential and commercial cleaning, facilities management (HVAC, electromechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, CCTV & access control, and related trades), and office assistant services to clients across Dubai and the wider UAE.
Quotes provided through our website, over the phone, or via WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted following a site visit or further assessment. Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing (including via email or WhatsApp) between you and SmartCare FM Services.
We aim to deliver all services professionally, safely, and within the timelines communicated to you. Service timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including site access, material availability, or weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, communicated to you at the time of booking where applicable.
Prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and are valid for the period specified in the quote. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking or as set out in the applicable invoice or contract.
All services are carried out by fully insured personnel. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your property, SmartCare FM Services' liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided, except where such limitation is not permitted under UAE law.
If you are not satisfied with the standard of work carried out, please contact us within a reasonable time of the service being completed so that we can assess and resolve the issue at no additional charge, in line with our satisfaction guarantee.
Our website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SmartCare FM Services or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent. You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfering with the website's normal operation.
